What made YOU say wOw! this week?
My daughter in law gets to buy a few maternity outfits!
Re-learning that moving is HARD, especially with a nursing 5-month-old and a 2 1/2 year old.
(My daughter and her husband moved from Greensboro to High Point. I will NEVER move again–I will die in my cluttered home. I hope.)
Witnessing the welcoming reception of some of Mark’s fish artworks to their new home at the “Waypoint”, a wonderful seafood restaurant in Williamsburg, VA; and THEN having an amazing dinner there with my husband and a truly cherished friend.
reading theory of preservation for school
Rushing to get my morning walk in between periodic rainfall, I neared the end in a light shower, looked to my left and in the first spot I would have been able to see it, got nearly dropped to my knees at the sight of a double rainbow! As I stood in “awesome wonder” a man in a passing van stuck his head out the window & yelled, “Pretty ain’t it?!” A moment of pure joy & a stranger sharing it.
Penny, YAY for Lara (and all who love her);
Amma, ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, blessin’s all over ALL involved;
Mary Louise, since I’m honored to have one of Mark’s fish artworks in my home, I cheer this LOUDLY;
jb, good luck with that ;); and
Wanda, i LOVE imagining that sighting and encounter.
THANKS to all of you for sharing your moments with us. thanks, too to those who shared more privately. What a fun adventure this is!
