My word for 2018 is focus, which requires paying attention to the moment – the now. So, this year, I’ll be taking note of experiences I may have missed, without focus. Many may seem to be BGO’s (blinding glimpses of the obvious), but hey, I might have missed them.
Here’s this week of NOWS:
rainbows and other signs of hope precede a hurricane;
rainbows and other signs of hope arrive with a hurricane;
rainbows and other signs of hope follow a hurricane;
hurricanes still suck, despite all of those rainbows and other signs of hope; and
there must be a reason why almost every human culture shares a common story that involves:
- a community of willing, faithful, albeit imperfect humans;
- way-too-much-water-to-possibly-survive; followed by
- light, land, and life.
What NOWS did you experience or witness this week?
