My word for 2018 is focus, which requires paying attention to the moment – the now. So, this year, I’ll be taking note of experiences I may have missed, without focus. Many may seem to be BGO’s (blinding glimpses of the obvious), but hey, I might have missed them.
Here’s this week of NOWS:
hurricanes happen;
one happened to my community (and way beyond);
it sucks;
Arthur Ashe was right when he said, “Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can.”;
and Forrest Gump was right when he said, “And that’s all I have to say about that.”
What NOWS did you experience or witness this week?
Unexpected blessings come from unique places. Friends might not be able to get to you directly but they send others in place. A call for help gets a early response We remember small town living and simpler times. We rise to the occasion Sending love and hugs to LKW
SO true on SO many levels, Marina!
