a week of NOWS ~ # 41

My word for 2018 is focus, which requires paying attention to the moment – the now. So, this year, I’ll be taking note of experiences I may have missed, without focus. Many may seem to be BGO’s (blinding glimpses of the obvious), but hey, I might have missed them.

Here’s this week of NOWS:

the way most domesticated animals will approach a gently offered hand with hopeful trust;

witnessing a deer witnessing the sunrise;

watching an artist at work;

that.moment.when fear transforms into faith;

how a child offering a high-five simply trusts it’ll be returned;

the healing power of someone who really listens;

seeing a leaf spiral from the very top all.the.way.to.the ground; and

how pumpkin pie connects me with my sister, on her birthday.

What NOWS did you experience or witness this week?
