Enough #30

My word for 2020 is ENOUGH.

It’s such a great word and realization. And it’s so versatile!

  • I can use it while standing tall, with clenched fists and lots of exclamation points. “Enough of THAT!!!”
  • I can use it when I remember to put Fear in the back seat. So I can get on with Life. “Enough, already.”
  • I can use it when no matter how I try, things just don’t turn out as I planned or wanted. So I can allow a glimmer of grace to creep-in and flip my compassion switch ON. “:: deep sigh:: Enough.”
  • I can also use it when God/The Universe/and Everything Good presents one of those gobsmacking moments of awe and love. “THIS is enough.”

Thanks for the love and memories, Blossom Louise Richey.

And for this moment, that is enough.

How have you experienced or witnessed enough, lately?

  1. Lisa- sending you a good, big hug. Losing your dog after so many years of side by side – it’s a hard thing. They’re never forgotten, and somehow it’s easiest to imagine them more than anyone human you know greeting you with wild enthusiasm and warmth in the next life. They are the abandoned-to-love beings within all of us. 💗

  2. So very sorry to read about Bloss. Our furbabies are so special and dear to us. You are absolutely right…enough is enough. A warm hug for you, Lisa.

  3. I’m so sorry for your loss Lisa! Bloss will be missed by us all…God Bless you sweetheart.

  4. … I will put on my ugliest hat and sit in the corner while I have a lonesome “socially distanced” PITY PARTY for I can feel your heartache from here.

  5. I’m so truly sorry to hear about Blossom! It’s so sad when we lose our babies. Sending soft hugs. I tried to rate it at 5 but my finger messed up. 💕💕💕

  7. DEAR Patti, Penny, Lorraine, Rick, Carrie, Wallyce, Dot, Pamela, and Janice,
Thanks SO much for taking the time to share stories and empathetic compassion, wear ugly hats, and simply send love. Our connections mean more to me than you can ever imagine.
