I think I may already have posted my word: MAINTENANCE…because I did the big new recreation of my home last year and I want to keep it nice; because my body needs more upkeep to keep up with the life I want to keep living; because friendships and family relationships need continual attention; because the yard becomes a jungle if it doesn’t get regular care; because everything important in my life has an aspect that needs and thrives on touch, dusting, editing, rearrangement, checking in, listening attentively. Habits need to be maintained to bring forth change, silence needs to be maintained so I can hear the inaudible voice. So MAINTENANCE
