My “word” for 2012 is wOw!
wOw! is one of those fabulous words that fits positive, negative and neutral situations. It’s a word we can use when no other will work. Over this next year of Sundays, I’m going to share some wOw!moments from the previous week. By December 31, 2012, I’ll have shared 2012 wOw! moments.
I hope you’ll have spotted (and maybe even shared) close to that, too.

773. the word “guetapens,” which is a French-derived word that means an ambush or a trap and won the National Spelling Bee for Snigdha Nandipati;

775. a fabulous yang yoga practice;
776. hearing my mom laugh from the deepest part of herself;
777. mailing this week’s Cheap Therapy orders a day early;
778. the LKW Post Office Customer Appreciation Day ~ complete with snacks and a drawing for a gift certificate;
779. onion rings from Dale’s;
780. plenty of exercise to make up for the onion rings :);
781. how beautiful my 13-year-old niece looked and how excited she was before her 8th grade prom;
782. opening my windows again in June;
783. the joy of the Columbus County Farmer’s Market;
784. honoring dear high school graduates;

Mike always has a cloth handkerchief. Says that’s what a gentleman does. Makes me smile and melt every time he pulls it out.
