My word for 2018 is focus, which requires paying attention to the moment – the now. So, this year, I’ll be taking note of experiences I may have missed, without focus. Many may seem to be BGO’s (blinding glimpses of the obvious), but hey, I might have missed them.
Here’s this week of NOWS:
Easter;
the power of a circle of women, surrounding a sister;
a promising sprouting zinnia seed;
a room full of unconditionally accepting, understanding, and loving people;
the first Mayfly of the season;
remembering that my body has MS in it;
that moment of clarity, with a dear friend;
overwhelming gratitude to and for Tom;
sacred sister time;
intentional focus, while participating in a retreat into the sacred graces of aging; and
experiencing an April snow, for the first time in my life.
What NOWS did you experience this week?
